Our corporate offices are located in Tukwila, Washington. Our products are made in Tukwila, WA and Charlotte, NC.
We are open from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST, Monday through Friday all year round, except for national holidays.

Our products can most often be found in the Bakery or Deli section of gourmet and better quality stores across the USA and Canada.
In addition to our locations across the United States, our Croccantini® can also be found in select stores in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and England.
It’s impossible to go wrong with Croccantini® crackers and cheese, but if you are looking for more specific recipes, all of our recipes are La Panzanella-tested and approved.
Unfortunately, we do not offer product online for direct sale at this time.
Yes and no; all of our Croccantini® crackers are fully certified Non-GMO, but we have not begun the certification process for our Dolcetini cookies.
Yes! We have recently introduced a line of certified Gluten-Free Oat Thins crackers.
Our Gluten-Free Oat Thins are made of certified gluten-free whole oat flour.
No, we do not use any preservatives or artificial ingredients.
No, our products are not organic. We have, however, recently began producing Organic Rosemary Mini Croccantini for select Costco Locations!
Yes, all our Croccantini® crackers are certified Kof-K Kosher Parve, and all our Dolcetini cookies are Kof-K Kosher Dairy.
Yes and no; all our Croccantini® crackers are certified halal by the Islamic Food and Nutrition Council of America, but our Dolcetini cookies are not yet certified.
No, all our products are unleavened. We do not use bromides or any other leavening agent.
