A bite-size version of a favorite Italian flavor pairing, perfect as an appetizer or a light lunch.
- Fig spread
- 8 slices prosciutto
- 8 thin slices of Asiago cheese
- 8-12 arugula leaves
- Spread your fig spread onto your favorite Mini or full-size Croccantini (we recommend Original, Cracked Pepper, or Roasted Garlic). The fig spread will help to keep the other ingredients from falling off of your crackers.
- Gently fold your prosciutto until it is approximately the length and width of your Croccantini, and place it on the fig spread. Then add a slice of Asiago, and top with arugula. Serve immediately.
